Delete your account

Request deletion of your Ghana Parking account and associated personal information.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to Ghana Parking.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Account settings.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Review the information and confirm your request.
If you cannot sign in, send the request from the email address registered to your Ghana Parking account.

Request deletion by email

Email Ghana Parking Support using the registered account address. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. Do not include your password, reset code, payment-card information or government identification.

What is deleted

Account profile information, saved vehicle information and access credentials are deleted or anonymized after identity and account checks are completed.

What may be retained

Limited parking and payment records may remain where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations. Access to retained records stays restricted, and the records are removed after the applicable retention period.

Processing time

Ghana Parking will acknowledge the request and provide any required verification steps. Active parking sessions, unpaid balances or open disputes need resolution before final deletion.
